Required Documents for Diplomatic/Official Travel to the DRC

As a part of the application process, applicants are required to upload the scanned copies of the following:

  • Bio Page Scan of a Passport: Ensure that each detail in the passport is clearly visible.
  • Applicant Photograph: The photo must be taken against a plain white background.
  • Request Letter: A letter of request from a responsible person in the DRC must be addressed to the Director General of Immigration and written in French.
  • Invitation Letter: A letter of invitation from the inviting company in the DRC. It must be signed and stamped.
  • Identification Document of a Responsible Person: Provide a passport bio page or other valid ID card of a responsible person in the DRC.

Important Note: Passport must remain valid for 6 months from the intended entry date.
