Using the DRC eVisa for Your Purpose of Travel
The Ordinary Flying Visa is not restricted to a single travel purpose. You may apply for it regardless of whether your visit is personal or professional.
Your reason for travel is declared on the application form and supported by the application letter provided by your responsible person in the DRC.

How to Apply for the DRC eVisa

Document Requirements
The DRC eVisa application requires the following documents:

A clear scan of your passport. It must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival date.

A recent, clear, colour photograph with your face fully visible and centred.

Application Letter from the Responsible Person
A signed letter written in French by your host in the DRC, addressed to the Director General of Immigration (DGM). It must state your identity and the purpose of your visit.

Identification Documents of the Responsible Person
A valid passport copy of the responsible person. If the responsible person is not a Congolese citizen, a copy of their residence permit or visa in the DRC is also required.
