Document Requirements
The DRC eVisa application requires the following documents:
- Passport Bio Page
A clear scan of your passport bio page is required. It must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival date. - Applicant Photograph
Upload a recent, clear, colour photograph with your face fully visible and centred. - Request Letter from the Responsible Person
A signed letter written in French by your host in the DRC, addressed to the Director General of Immigration (DGM). It must state your passport details and the purpose of your visit. - Responsible Person’s Identification Documents:

How to Apply for the DRC eVisa
Under the Ordinary Flying eVisa category, select a purpose of visit that aligns with your travel plans and fill out the remaining form accurately.
Submit the required documents applicable to your selected purpose of travel and then pay the eVisa fee using an accepted payment method.
Once approved, your DRC eVisa will be sent directly to your email ID. Download and print 1-2 copies as backup for your trip to the DRC.
