Armenian passport holders can apply for the Ordinary Flying eVisa, which allows a single entry, a maximum stay of 7 days, and is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Keep in mind that your authorised stay begins only after the border authorities validate your entry.

Documents You’ll Need

Track and Download

Use the application number sent to your email to track progress online. Once approved, download and print your eVisa — you’ll need it when boarding and at the border.

Processing Times and Fees

Processing times can vary depending on how complete your application is, the quality of your documents, and how many applications are being processed. You can choose one of three speeds:

  • Standard: 11 - 13 Working Days
  • Rush: 8 - 11 Working Days
  • Super Rush: 5 - 8 Working Days

What Happens After Your eVisa Is Approved

It’s important to understand that approval online is not the final visa. When you arrive in the DRC:

Immigration will check your eVisa.
You will pay the Visa d’Entrée (VAP) border fee.
A VAP stamp is placed in your passport, confirming your 7-day stay.

  • Entry is only confirmed once the VAP stamp is issued.
