Key Validity and Entry Rules

The eVisa issued by the DRC is known as an Ordinary Flying Visa, tailored for short-term stays and single entry. It simplifies border processing for Danish citizens while ensuring compliance with DRC immigration rules.

This eVisa supports a range of short-term travel needs, including tourism, business, family visits, medical consultations, and transit, without being restricted solely to these purposes. After approval, the eVisa is valid for 90 days and permits a maximum stay of 7 days.

DRC eVisa holders may enter the DRC through authorised international airports, land border crossings, or seaports, provided they meet all entry conditions.

Add Applicant Feature in the Application Form
The online application form includes an Add Applicant option, allowing Danish travellers to include multiple people in the same submission. Each person must have their own passport and required documents, while the primary applicant receives all email updates. Each traveller’s eVisa is issued separately.

Visa d’Entrée (VAP) Fee on Arrival

All travellers entering the DRC must pay a Visa d’Entrée (VAP) fee at immigration. This charge is mandatory and collected after arrival, separate from the online eVisa fee.
