What passport and photo criteria apply to the DRC eVisa?

Estonian travellers need to provide a passport and a passport-size photograph for the DRC eVisa.

Passport Requirement:

  • Bio-page scan
  • Validity: 6 months from the planned date of arrival

Photo Requirement:

  • Clean white background
  • Taken within the last 3 month
  • Without wearing any cap, goggles or any other fashion accessory.

What is the application cover letter for the DRC eVisa?

The letter should be addressed to the Democratic Republic of the Congo and clearly state the purpose of the travel, the intended visit, and the trip details for citizens of Estonia.

Does business or conference travel require a company letterhead?

The application letter should be on the company letterhead when the purpose of travel is business or a conference.

How long does DRC eVisa processing take, and what are the fees?

The processing options for citizens of Estonia are normal, rush and super-rush processing. The fee for the DRC eVisa is not fixed; it depends on multiple factors, such as nationality, VAP border fee, and currency fluctuations.

How should the DRC eVisa application be completed?

These steps must be completed by citizens of Estonia when applying for the DRC eVisa:

Step 1

  • Provide correct information in the DRC eVisa application form.
  • Then cross-check the details and upload the required documents.

Step 2

  • Pay the processing fee using a credit/debit card, PayPal or cryptocurrency.
  • Then submit the eVisa application form for processing.

Step 3

  • Once the processing is completed.
  • The approved DRC eVisa is sent to the applicant's registered email address.

Important Note: The “Add Applicant” option allows multiple travellers to be included in a single submission. While the application is processed together and updates are shared with the primary applicant, each traveller is issued a separate DRC eVisa.
