Which documents are necessary to obtain a DRC eVisa?

  • Passport-size Photograph
  • Application Cover Letter: Addressed to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, confirming the reason for travel and expected dates.

Does business or conference travel require the application letter to be on a company letterhead?
Yes. If the purpose of travel is business or a conference, the application letter must be issued on the host company’s letterhead.

Can multiple travellers apply under one DRC eVisa application?
When completing the form, applicants may use the “Add Applicant” option to include multiple travellers under one submission. The applications are processed together, and status updates are sent to the primary applicant, while each traveller receives a separate eVisa.
