  • Valid Malta passport bio page
  • A recent passport-size photograph (colored and face looking directly towards the camera without tilting the neck)
  • Applicant Letter: A cover letter addressed to the immigration authorities of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, mentioning the purpose of travel and intended travel dates.
