Before you begin your application, there are three specific conditions you must understand to ensure your entry goes smoothly:

  1. Entry Window: Once your application is approved, you have 90 days to arrive in the DRC.
  2. Length of Visit: This document is intended for short stays of up to 7 days.
  3. Extending Your Stay: This permit cannot be renewed online. If you intend to remain in the country for more than 7 Days, you are required to report to the Direction Générale de Migration immediately.

  • Passport Scan: A clear digital copy of your Nigerien passport's bio-data page. The document must remain valid for at least half a year from your date of entry.

  • Corporate Evidence: If you are travelling for work, you must provide an invitation from a Congolese firm or a letter from your employer.
