  • The letter must be signed by the company’s representative and must contain the company's official stamp.
  • Must be written in French language, officially signed and stamped.
  • Must clearly state the applicant’s details and purpose of visit.

  • Must be issued by a recognised inviting company or organisation in the DRC.
  • Details such as invitee name, passport number and travel dates must be visible.

    1. DRC National ID Card / DRC Passport Bio Page
    2. DRC Sticker Visa and Passport Bio Page Scan

What Are the Restrictions on a DRC Conference / Event Visa?

  • Take up permanent residency in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
