Does the DRC “other” eVisa allow paid work?
No. The DRC “other” eVisa does not allow paid work or local employment in the DRC.
Document Requirements for the DRC Other eVisa Type
Applicants must submit clear scans of the following required documents for the DRC eVisa:
- Passport Bio Page Scan: Upload a coloured and high-quality scan of your passport bio page. All edges must be clearly visible.
- Applicant Photograph: Submit a recent and coloured photo of the applicant, taken against a plain white background.
- Request Letter from the Responsible Person: Must be written in French language and signed by the responsible person in the DRC and not by the applicant.
- Responsible Person’s identification Documents: Review the
condition that applies to you and submit the documents listed-below:
- If the responsible person is a DRC citizen: Submit only one: National ID Card or a DRC passport bio page scan of the responsible person.
- If the responsible person is a DRC resident and not a citizen: Submit both: DRC Sticker Visa and passport bio page of the responsible person.
Note: Applicants must not upload their own identification documents in place of the responsible person’s documents.
