Document Requirements

The DRC eVisa application requires the following documents:

• Passport Bio Page
  A clear scan of your passport bio page is required. It must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival date.

• Applicant Photograph
  Upload a recent, clear, colour photograph with your face fully visible and centred.

• Request Letter from the Responsible Person
  A signed letter written in French by your host in the DRC, addressed to the Director General of Immigration (DGM). It must state your passport details and the purpose of your visit.

• Responsible Person’s Identification Documents: Submit the applicable documents from the following based on the condition:

Receive Your eVisa
